Mr. Paul Huang Chun Sheng is the Group Non-Executive Chairman of AFCWORLD and a representative of the Group’s major stakeholder families. Active in the financial services industry since 1996, he brings experience in governance, regulatory frameworks, and cross-border financial structuring involving international financial institutions. He provides strategic oversight and institutional guidance in support of AFCWORLD’s long-term growth and international expansion objectives.
Dato Sri Soh Chin Yen is the Group Managing Director of AFCWORLD and a Malaysian entrepreneur with experience in infrastructure development, engineering, strategic investments, and international collaborations. A Civil Engineering graduate from the University of Malaya, he began his career in construction and oil & gas engineering before expanding into integrated developments, maritime connectivity, and cross-border investment initiatives. Awarded the S.S.A.P. honour by the State of Pahang in 2014, he continues to lead AFCWORLD’s regional infrastructure and sustainable development initiatives across Asia and beyond.
Ir Raymond W K Wong is an experienced engineer and consultant with a career spanning government agencies, engineering consultancy, and private sector developments in Hong Kong and internationally. Educated at Hong Kong Polytechnic University and the University of Cambridge, he became a Chartered Engineer in the UK and a Professional Engineer in Hong Kong in 1982. He has held leadership positions at Ove Arup & Partners, Swire Engineering Ltd, and Swire Haden Limited, later establishing his own consultancy specialising in mechanical and electrical systems for large-scale developments.
Datin Sri Sabrina Tan serves as the Group Non-Executive Director of AFCWORLD, overseeing strategic coordination across the Group’s multi-sector operations. A graduate of Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) in Political Science and Psychology, she brings experience in operational integration, financial coordination, and large-scale execution across diversified industries including oil and gas. She is recognised for her structured leadership, analytical approach, and operational management capabilities.
